Great place to spend an hour or so with the kids. If you can, do go for the up close experiences. This is not a huge exhibit by any means, however, it is very charming and pleasant. The quaint cafe with the koalas is just the spot to relax and have a drink or two. Highly recommended for younger kids.

Great little wildlife park inside the Hamilton island village. Was really good to talk to the staff and the place was really clean and well done. They are very well looked after. The cafe attached was also a bonus.

Hamilton Island Wildlife
Although very small, the animals are nevertheless interesting and I like how the enclosures aren't huge that you never see the animals because they're always hiding in the back somewhere. With that said, there's enough space for the animals to live happy lives it seems. Can't really be compared to the big zoos and wildlife parks, but still nice to visit. Plus apparently when you buy a ticket, it'll allow you access for the entire duration of your visit.

Great place, with purchase you can go back as many times during your stay. Recommend buying at beginning of your trip and take kids during feeding time

We had a photo experience with a koala bear. Trainer/photographer was very knowledgeable. A great thing for the kids to get up close to a koala.

Amazing experience! We got to pet a Koala and a kangaroo in the same day. Emma did a great job teaching us about all the animals on the tour. I highly recommend it, and we loved being part of an experience that works towards the conservation of these amazing animals. This is a must see while you are on Hamilton Island. Thank you!

Best place to get good coffee on the island! Friendly staff. Gift shop with some cute items. Few animals on the grounds, good for little kids and tourists wanting a close-up with koalas.

Had a lovely time here. The staff were so great and knowledgeable. Well priced and some great experiences on offer. The animals are so well cared for and are mostly relocated rescues or captive breed from other zoo breeding programs. The little cafe was lovely and well priced too. Will definitely visit again next time we are on the island!

Fantastic! Good for all ages. You can attend twice in one day to see both tours (morning and afternoon tours are different), as long as you show them your ticket again.Great information shared on the tours, and a fun way to see the animals interact.Worth the price.Cafe on site makes it easy to spend more ti.e there.Staff were very friendly!
