Do NOT attempt to return products. When you provide proof that they signed for them with Auspost, they will claim that they have lost them in the warehouse, and when they finally find them two weeks after delivery, they will claim they are damaged and refuse to issue a refund and tell you that you can pick up your item from their warehouse 1,635kms away. They will happily take the 1k+ purchase and keep your damaged" product."

First of all they have not answered any of my questions about parts I wanted to buy...And years ago I've bought expensive headlights for an Holden and the mounts where just rubbish. totally didn't fit and after 2 months I had water in one of the lights too... they sell some cheap china stuff for an insanly increased marketprice. (example are the canards on the rear bumper for the a45). They sell them for 250AUD and they are the same you get from china for 40AUD I would recommend to stay away from these guys and just buy from overseas. They even probably do dropshipping

Staff helpful. I bought front and rear lights, they look great and improved the look of the car. Unfortunately I had return the headlights, MARS issued a full refund on them. Highly recommend. Will I buy from MARS again? Yes, most definately.

Do not purchase car head lights from these guys!!!!!!...... They are selling a non compliant product!!,..... We purchased 2007 Mitsubishi Triton headlights, they do not pass ROADWORTHY CERTIFICATE requirements., Don't be fooled by these guys they only want your money..... And if you have a Accident you may not be covered by Vic roads as the car is not road-worthy as a result...... ZERO STARS .... CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO STARS,.... THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING..... Like a street dealer

Great quality products! Love my new headlights, easy installation, clear instructions for extras. Only negative about this place, slow replies. Can only assume this is because they are busy all the time. Will be doing more shopping with Mars in the future.

The worst customer service. Bought lights nearly $600.00.Contacted them regarding refund. Was told to mail back, which I did for $50.Then without any notification or contact had a refund of $60??I then had to contact them to ask what this payment was. Only to then be informed that all I was getting a refund for were the led lights as the lights have scratches? We didn’t use them. They sent photos I can’t really see scratches due to reflection and how do I know they are the ones I returned?To not be contacted and no discussion is unacceptable. That’s a huge loss.Do not trust them they will rip you off. I will follow up with consumer affairs and see what can be done.Stay away from this company. So many better suppliers out there.

Quality is great, easy DIY and everything is precise fit.The best part is after sales services. These guys go well beyond their reach to keep customers happy.

Purchased a part for my car through Mars performance. 1 month later nothing. Give them my order number, they then say yes we have that order number but you haven't payed. I check my statements, again, and show them the screenshot and it says flexx motorsport. They tell me they don't know flex motorsport. So either they're operating a scam or flexx motorsport were able to hack and change the payment details on Mars performance website. Mars told me to just call the police as they don't know any flexx motorsport even though they are both in Victoria... After reading some of the other reviews, just stay away. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Never making that mistake again.
