They were always friendly and polite and willing to help but more importantly they were efficient and cared about my experience with them as much as i did. We are currently looking / at the end of our search for property to rent on the Gold Coast. One of a very few real estate agencies who care for people they work with.They are kind, polite, always ready to help and give advice.It was a pleasure working with agents who go a step further to make the whole process pleasant and smooth while creating personal relationship.They aren’t like most other agencies who just do what they have to do and dont want to waste time with anything extra while maybe even hiding conditions in the contract. They take time, even though they are extremely busy most of the times. And they help however they can.Some people write bad reviews because they are upset their bond was taken away or some other things just to try and give bad image to the agency.What they dont write is they have left the apartment damaged in some ways which required repairs which of course will be paid for from bond, thats why the bond is there. If you damaged something and cant repair it, you pay for repairs. Simple! Too often people dont listen to agents until it is too late or they dont read the contract they signed. After agents follow what was signed and explained beforehand, people get upset. And write whatever they can think of to give them bad name. I never understood that.Gold Coast Real Estate is different to others!If you wish to have agency who cares and does their best to repair and take care of whatever they can, visit them and hope you can rent through them. Absolutely unbelievable service and care shown to me since day one of applying.I have not only had to deal with the problems Covid 19 has bought us all but I also have a badly broken leg. The team have gone above and beyond in helping me settle.Always on hand if I have a question and am always made to feel like no request is a problem.By far the best people I have ever rented from after having some night mares recently with unscrupulous and untrustworthy real estate agents.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to manage your property. This couple are a team of compulsive liers. They told me someone was wanting to lease my house for 12 months, without even viewing it at $800 per week. They dragged this process on for 6 weeks. This person never existed. They will cost you thousands, you will end up with an empty house, paying your mortgage and rent - almost losing my home due to financial stress in this process. I have been renting with these guys for over a year now, and from the get go, they have provided the upmost professional and friendly service!On many an occasion Gail has gone above and beyond what any rental manager would, and made the whole process far more enjoyable and easy. I would definitely recommend GCRE to my friends as it has been so easy dealing with them. I messaged them telling them the type of rental I was looking for and my budget and they found me the perfect place almost immediately. I have had absolutely no issues with them. Very Poor management of landlords properties. Not an honest business.

I have been dealing with Gail Rea at the Real Estate for a while now and found her to be a very Professional Friendly person. She is on of the best agents I have come across. She always turns up on time and rings when she says she is going to.

We rented an apartment on the Gold Coast's north side for 12 months. I can honestly say that from the application process through to the end of the 12 month lease, we only ever had a very positive experience with GCRE.Having only dealt with Gail & Daniel for the whole time, the few issues we had with the property were rectified quickly and professionally. Their communication was timely and always friendly.There would be no hesitation in renting through GCRE again as they made our time in rentals very easy.Many thanks to the whole team!
