These guys absolutely stand by the comfort guarantee. . We had our bed for a couple of years or maybe more and ended up unsatisfied with performance of the mattress. One call, we were welcomed into the store to test out a new configuration. Then they picked up our old bed, rebuilt it, and now it's new again and re-configured to our current needs. Bought this mattress in 2019 for my motorhome. Fits perfectly as custom size. We weigh about 60kg each and the mattress is still as good as new after 4 years of nightly usage.

Second mattress purchased from here in the past five years (this one for another bed). Once again, incredible range, amazing customer service and great prices. Our first mattress is still as good as the day we got it, and we love it!We will never go back to the single sided latex and memory foam junk we’ve had before that cost us a fortune to buy and cause endless back pain.
