Coles Bushland Beach

Super clean store, staff are always friendly and the location is super convenient when in Bushland Beach.

It is one of the nicest looking supermarkets around.

Nice and clean coles, great staff, food is always fresh and well presented.

The coles itself is absolutely brilliant. However.. there needs to be extra security around the whole complex. So many disrespectful kids on scooters and bikes potentially causing harm to others.

The shop itself is well laid out, however, shelves are empty of a lot of stock with supply issues being the main reason.Edit 3/3/22. This place has gone from bad to worse. Need to go to two shops to get what my large family needs for 1day due to ongoing stock supply issues. Obviously the large store southern centric stores are unable to meet the needs of northern Australia.

Poor Managment of staff leads to no checkouts open and then self serve can't really handle full trolleys and multiple bags. Even the poor assistance of Nicole in self service would be enough to never return. Management need to have a look at their customer levels during different periods and not let young people handle all the stressfull situations by themselves!!

Always friendly staff, great place to shop

Made my day. Management taking care and consideration for staff. Served by Coralie at checkout was sitting on a high swivel chair to meet requirements needed for the job to be performed. This shows Management has a good understanding of staff needs when not 100 percent. All seem to go above and beyond in this store.

Super clean with plenty of isle space. Great items not usually found at Cole's , along with old favourites. Shelves all stocked, tidy and no rubbish underneath shelves. Friendly staff and NO wait time for service or checkouts An truly enjoyable shopping experience .

Today I returned groceries I had delivered that were soaked in bleach to the service desk. I also returned items that I didn't order. Alongside this bleach having leaked all through my delivery, beside the messy clean up throughout my house, I also had missing items.The manager at the service counter refused to exchange, refund or help me. She told me to phone their customer service team.With groceries damaged with bleach, a mammoth clean up, this was more than frustrating so I left the damaged groceries plus groceries that I received that were not part of my order at the service desk as they were no good to me. Utterly disgusting she wouldn't help, she didn't even want my receipt number!I eventually phoned customer service on my way to Woolworths (to buy missing groceries) where they apologised and told me the manager SHOULD have helped and that I didn't have to phone customer service. Customer Service refunded me. This review is a reflection of the VERY bad service I received at BB Coles. I will be shopping at Woolworths from now on.
