Alex is great! He knows his stuff.Very helpful, professional and friendly.I like how he is honest and won’t rip you off.Being a female I have found in the past mechanics will just rip you off because I/you have no idea about cars... but not Alex! He is Genuine.Definitely have and will recommend to anyone I hear that needs a mechanic.

Vey friendly lad however after going there 3 times for the same problem and almost $300 later my aircon still wasn’t fixed. I was told that if i ordered a part again (for the second time) and pay an additional $380, my car would be fixed for good, which i was willing to do if the job was going to be finally done. But when i asked for the part to be ordered i only received the answer of “it is out of stock” - no other options given or “we will let you know when the part is back in stock” - i thought this was very unhelpful, and poor customer service and i just lost my initial $300 as my car still isn’t fixed. Disappointing to say the least.

Alex is a legend! Goes above and beyond to help his customers, and educates those who don't know much about cars (me). Appreciate the work of Oz West Automotive!
