Oh boy, the customer service and communication is truly woeful. Do they understand English? They certainly don't speak it. There's no 'please' no 'thank you', it's just all side eyes and pointing. Not happy with my nails at all, there's no consistency with the shape. They look cheap. Never again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!I started to go here because it was convenient for me whilst I’ve been working in the CBD for the last 6 months. My mother and I both started getting severe pain in our toes, we were both unaware that we had a severe case of fungal infections on all our toes. We both have now seeked medical attention regarding the situation, I personally have needed both toenails removed. We asked them to remove the shellac (complimentary) and we explained the situation in a private matter away from customers, they then refused to let us leave without paying and said that it wasn’t from them. I have looked at past reviews and other people have experienced the same thing.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

worst experience, made me wait for 30 minutes for my nails to dry because she didn’t apply it correctly. such rude staff, all just sit on their phones when people were waiting to be seen. touched my nails when it was wet and smudged it and said i was all good to go. the nail polish that they use chips in about 2 days. dont go here, it is not worth the money and time

It took about an hour for a simple design to be completed. Really poorly done and even rushed to finish toward the end. Got extensions with white french tips and looks very clumpy and thick. Have only noticed there are hairs set into the actual polish. Poorly polished also. Charged $60. Would not recommend.

Probably the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Instead of removing my SNS with acetone they used a fake nail (now my nails are in a lot of pain) the lady that served me was very rude and kept telling me I was confusing her when I showed her a photo of what I wanted and explained to her multiple times how I wanted my nails done! Instead she made them super chunky and overcharged me on the nails. Very disappointed and won’t be coming here again.

Don’t bother coming here during school holidays unless you have an entire afternoon to wait.I come every fortnight for acrylic refills and they do a great job. Arrived today and got told to come back in half an hour, then when I arrived later, sat for over an hour without any update on timeframes (and with 3 other customers sitting in chairs waiting for service before me). Ended up leaving without being seen, and losing my entire morning.If you’re busy; great for your business and it speaks to your quality - but tell your clients (and be realistic with your wait timeframes) instead of leaving them sitting forever. Service needs to match the product. Really unimpressed.

Used to go here 4 years ago and loved it. Today went in for a mani pedi.Service is terrible. Staff were clearly annoyed when customers came, they seem to jsut want to sit on their phones and chat among themselves .The lady who did my nails cut the skin too deep on 4 of my fingers which now are bleeding, ruined the nail shape and I now have 2 nails which are tearing. Toe nails shapes are horrible - never seen round nails this shaft and narrow before. Rushed the service from start to end even though there was no other customer there.Wouldn’t recommend or return.
