I paid $30 for a nail removal for her to just rip them off. It was painful and has ruined my natural nails. I’ve never had my nails removed like this. If i knew she was going to rip the acrylics off instead of filing and soaking them I would have done it at home for free.

I had Moni do my pedicure and although she was a nice lady she didn’t seem very experienced. I had asked for my toes to be shaped round and it took her three times to get them right, on the third time the older lady came over and told me that toes couldn’t be shaped. I told them I have had them shaped before at other nail salons and she just kept talking about how it couldn’t be done. Then I wanted my dead skin scrapped off my feet and was told I didn’t need it even after I requested it three times. I finally gave in and just asked for an extra scrub which didn’t feel the same (my feet still feel rough) The older lady then did my manicure and was so rough. We had been there 2.5 hours. She ended up rushing through it and by the end I was over it an wanted to go. I ended up with a dodgy mani & pedi. I have gel under my nails and on my skin, uneven shaped toe nails and my fingers hurt from how rough she was. The lady also displays one price but charges another price. Paid $85 and when I asked how much everything was she rambled on about how she never charged for certain things and gave a discount and that everywhere else its $110 which is not true. She was rude, her husband was very nice and welcoming too bad she has so rude and her costumer service was terrible. I’ve learnt my lesson and will not be returning. Worst Nail salon. It doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.

Do not recommend at all! an infill took 3 hours and she kept starting and stopping and swapping to people, left with cut cuticles and dry skin around my nails. Wrong shaped nails, $60 for an infill, absolutely ridiculous got charged extra $10 for a colour what a joke for that colour to then chip 4 days later. They don’t go by their own prices on the front, they make it up as they goAvoid this place!!Will never come back or recommended

Worst service, bad manners and ridiculously rude. Arrived at 1130 told them I had an appointment at 1230 and asked if they could fit me in. Was assured my nails would be completely dry and done in that timeframe. 25 minutes later I’m still sitting with my feet in now cold water waiting for someone to attend to me. Should have walked out then. Finally all done at 1230 on the dot. Again assured nails were dry and good to go. At my next appointment, my nails immediately stuck to the cloth I was laying on. I went back to see if they could fix it. As soon as I said it came off, the owner started screaming at me like a banshee, “not my problem, not my problem” I could have been about to offer to pay for it but she just cut me off and wouldn’t listen. I just walked out, obviously not about to get anywhere. This is the second bad experience here after the last staff member cut me twice. There are better, more pleasant experiences to be had out there ladies. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Don’t go there!!! the worst experience ever. from the very beginning the woman manager was not happy and spoke rudely. I was hurt several times until I bled. when I asked if she could use another material she began to yell at me that she only does this and if I don’t like it, I can change the salon. this salon is always empty now I understand why.

Got nails done by this establishment. Will not be back.I was passed around between staff. The owner was so rude and refused to speak English.I ended up having 3 people work on my nails. My cuticles bled my fingers are tender and sore.Worst of all I got them Thursday after noon and on Saturday one fell and today another fell off.I had to go else where to replace them.

Fantastic nails, took care of my cuticles perfectly and even covered for my ripped nail. I was listened to when I said I wanted to keep my natural length and appreciated the speedy service. Thank you

Very noisey as the lady was talking on video chat while doing my nails , also they were talking to each other sooo loudly in their own language the whole service. They were also very rough in handling my nails. They cut my cuticles So bad I was twitching with pain and my cuticles were sore for few days. I will never go back nor recommend this salon
