Jess is an amazing trainer, very tentative and full of knowledge. I have been using her stock in my last salon and my current salon! Great quality and she also does my lashes personally and every single set has been ineradicable. When in studio you feel like a member of her family! And to have cuddles with her fur babies makes the experience so much more relaxing.

I can not recommend Jess at Elite Lash supplies and training enough! The products are always high quality and the customer service is amazing.

I have been using Elites products almost exclusively since I opened 18months ago. From adhesives to her beautify soft Russian volume lashes! They are ineradicable quality and cost effective as well! I have always found Jess to be lovely and help when needed on an order or getting the order to me when I am in need ASAP. Will definitely recommend her for training too she is full of useful information for lashes and to set up and run a successful business too!

If you purchase products online and attempt to organise pick up for it, don’t hold your breath. Website is misleading as it says to contact the salon phone number to organise but when I had called I was directed to message their FB page instead of getting help from the actual person on the phone. Then the person (apparently the ‘boss’) who was supposed to help me organise to pick up my order couldn’t even be bothered to reply to said FB message for days after my initial contact, but was able to contact their staff to organise for me to come and pick up on the day i initially contacted. All I ordered was adhesive and I didn’t even receive the glue I ordered because they didn’t have it in salon for me to pick up and they wouldn’t organise to get me the correct product.I was also told that because of the price difference between the product i received and the product I paid for, that ‘the boss’ would contact me and arrange a refund. I have also reached out to them for this to be organised, only to be left on read once again.If you want any decent kind of customer service, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

The lash lift course I did was great. Very thorough and provided with lots of support and documents to use once I finished my training. Highly recommend

Jess is an amazing artist who is extremely professional, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to see each trainee become successful. Not only does she supply support at the time of training she is always there for continued support to ensure your own success.
