Robert's Shoe Repairs

I recently bought a second pair of RMs that sustained some unfortunate damage. On the back of having to trade in my old ones due to bad repairs by other shoe shops , I was apprehensive about getting them repaired by another third party but was recommended Robert's due to their authorised parts through RM. This is the first of many shops that I was satisfied, finally a shop that restores the boots back to factory spec with basically identical stiching.The pricing was fair and in align with RM themselves, Mark is just generally a top bloke and he's skills really set him apart from any other shoe repairer and the shop doesn't boast some pretentious brand image that can't be backed up. Humble descent people with alot of experience and the best skills I've seen.Thank you guys so much!!!! I will only come here for repairs and the speedy, fair priced service.

Excellent service. I took my RMs in for a new heel and polish. They came back looking new - they did a great job. Friendly customer service and quick turnaround.

My RM Williams needed some much needed love and attention. After picking them up from Robert's they look as new. Love them!! Excellent cobbler! I'm taking my corporate shoes next so he can work his magic with them as well! Highly recommend Robert's Shoe Repairs at Wynyard Station.

Went in limping because I broke my heel from running to work this morning and they were both fixed within a few minutes for a great price. Highly recommended, absolute lifesaver!!

Recently had my 7yr old RM work boots resoled and prettied up, they did a cracking job am going to take my black ones in and get them redone as well. Thanks for the quality job.

Picked up my work shoes today after having a topy sole applied. Very precise and clean workmanship within time specified at drop-off. Excellent price and service.

Couple of days back, I went to this store for assistance to repair my shoes, the lady who served me was very disrespectful and too a great extent condescending, I was charged $75 for two shoes on the promise that I will get two new soles for my shoes, upon picking it up I found out it's the same soles. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. if I had the option, I would not give any ratings at all.

First time getting my wedding shoes soled here, and I am very happy with the service and result! Definitely will be back again!
