I have been attending Jodie's classes for a few years now, and cannot recommend her enough, so fun, super down to earth and the classes make your body feel truly amazing! Not only does she guide you through the movements but is bubbly and smiley too ❤️

Such a unique offering of classes! I tried Japanese yoga for the first time - what an incredible way to start the day. Sequoia classes leave me feeling energised and alive, both restorative and challenging classes for any mood! Highly Reccommend!
