Professional skills and service. You get what you pay for! We left our previous strata manager and didn't leave Tradesco. Our new manager knows who to use when it comes to remedial work.

Tradesco was hired to undertake remedial works and painting of our building. The work was completed to a high standard and the Owners Corporation were very satisfied with the result.Tradesco staff were professional, respectful and responsive when additional drop sheets and sediment controls around drainage pits were requested.The Owners Corporation support safety protections for workers, dust masks worn when working around cement dust and hearing protection when using very noisy machinery (over 85decibles).

TradesCo were engaged to carry out structural repairs on our building in Coogee. Their communication was great and the guys put in a great deal of effort to get the work done before Christmas and at a high standard. Thanks again for the professionalism and reliability!

Definitely Not ‘the preferred multi-trade service and solution provider’TradesCo was given the contract last year to remove the brick balustrades and install new balustrade of our unit block which has 18 units in 3 sections. The work was to commence on Jan 20 on one side and be completed by the beginning of March.However, they decided to tackle 2 different sides at the same time! Why not finish the work on one side and then go to the other?They worked for a few days and sent notices to residents saying they need the balconies cleared earlier than planned. So work stopped for a week and the workers came back on February 3 and blocked access to the balconies of 12 units. They worked for one week and then stopped the next week due to rain, then worked for another 9 days. As nothing was happening for several weeks I called John the project manager, (whose contact is given on our notices). It went to a voicemail of a Craig who never bothered to return the calls!If it was not bad enough to be in lock down, from February 3 to date, we are also imprisoned in our own homes!Eventually we received a notice on April 3rd saying sandblasting will happen on the 6th of April. The work on steel reinforcements and repairing continued from then with only 1 or 2 people working each day dividing their time between the 2 sides.TradesCo is blaming COVID 19 for the delays. Considering that the contract was given long before we even heard of COVID and with many building projects around us are powering through their projects, can we believe them?If as they claim, they couldn’t obtain the balustrades due to COVID 19, wouldn’t the sensible thing to do, is to complete all the repairs so that the new balustrades could be installed as soon as they arrive?Well apparently that’s not happening. The balustrades are sitting outside for 2 weeks now and all this week there wasn’t any work done. And they call themselves ‘the preferred service’!

The tradies Adam and Ryan were very professional and informed about the work to be done and were skilled and tidy.
