Being a small business its hard to find good suppliers. Wattyl Balcatta have been excellent. Great range of products, and friendly helpful staff that are always there to help without making you feel like an amateur. Sharon has been especially amazing, recommending a product that has been part of our success. Sharon always greets with a smile, and goes out of her way to help.

Wattyl Paint Centre Balcatta
We've been to two other Wattyl stores but the one at Balcatta is the best. The staff there are just amazing and are so helpful. We went twice last week and were helped by a gentleman (sorry I don't remember your name) but he was super helpful and helped us pick our dream colour. They also didn't try to sell us more then we needed like bunnings did but made sure we had all the info, right paint for our new build and that we would be happy with our choices which we were. If you're looking for great paint and excellent customer service Wattyl in Balcatta is the place to go.

Sullen and unhelpful staff. Do not greet you or acknowledge you although they were serving only one other person at the time. Could not be bothered! I am in retail too so I recognise disinterest.
