Such a blissful experience. The mid-facial head massage was so needed, I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time! My skin feels so much after feeling inflamed from pregnancy hormones. I can’t wait for my next session.

I had the Signature Face Plus Enzyme Facial with Elisa and it was really good! Elisa was really friendly and professional and did an amazing job with extraction and the other components of the session. She also gave me some helpful tips to improve my skin condition. I would definitely be back if I’m ever back in Sydney!

Waste of time and money. Staff are rude and don't take responsibility for poor results and lies. After multiple treatments and nothing more than upselling with promises just to get you to part with your money, we won't be returning. There's far better clinics in Sydney that will actually get results and show some appreciation for your business.

The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The two staff members I met were warm and engaging. The treatment itself was extremely calming , relaxing and luxurious and was far more comprehensive than I had expected. I look forward to seeing the results over the coming days.

I had a bespoke facial at this establishment and Yvonne treated me with such care and informed me of each process she was very knowledgeable. The clinc was immaculate. Christina was welcoming my overall experience was perfect.

Not normally one to leave a review, but after my appointment with Ashleigh today I just had to! Her professionalism and attention to detail was unlike anything I had experienced before. She really took the time to analyse my face and features and suggested what she thought would best suit me. You can tell she is a perfectionist and didn’t finish until she was 100% happy with her work. She even added on a complimentary LED treatment after. I have left feeling like a new person and can’t wait to see her again. Thank you again Ashleigh!

Highly recommend Krystah! she does the BEST facials. She is not only very professional, and so friendly but the way the facials are done, absolutely perfect!!! I had a wonderful therapist called Mikaela - the skin magician!My first visit and unsure of what to expect, but to have my expectations not only met, but exceeded was a first!Mikaela took time to make me feel relaxed, explained everything to me and when I had the complimentary LED light treatment during my dermaplaning, stayed with me and gave the most amazing hand and arm massage as well as a neck and shoulder massage, when the peel was on.My difficult skin is feeling amazing and I’m looking forward to my next appointment.Thank you Mikaela - such a pleasure to meet you today!! ❤️

I have been a customer of FacePlus for years but due to my recent bad laser experience, I will not be returning. Please save yourself the heartache and go to one of the many other superior medispas in Bondi, to have your treatments. I saw zero improvement to my redness and broken capillaries, from a laser treatment which targets redness and broken capillaries. I have had the laser treatment before and have experienced successful results, so I imagine it was the technique or settings. I asked whether they would be willing to see me again complimentary and fix the problem as the treatment did not do what it was intended to do and suggesting multiple sessions is not an excuse for zero improvement on the first session. They sadly refused.

I had an amazing first time experience at Face plus. My skin feels amazing and Krystah made me feel comfortable relaxed and explained everything to me that I wanted and needed to know about my skin care. Krystah is very knowledgeable. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I will be seeing you soon and bringing my friends next time.
