Staff at the office were friendly and accommodating, and the waiting lounge was nice. Definitely grab some ginger ale and earplugs before taking off because flights can be a little warm and loud, due to their being in small aircraft.The air crew were all great, and very good aviators. Any route over the ocean is gorgeous, and if y highly recommend flying with them!
