Sincere͏ & Professionalism:Bianca was professional and supportive through all aspects of our sale. Would not recommend this realestate not a pleasant experience did not respond to emails poor communication had to go to qcat to get bond back. Greedy realestate don't expect them to fix anything had wrote an email regarding the broken dishwasher they never responded to but when leaving they gave me a checklist and said the dishwasher was smelly maybe check my email to fix it perhaps. Tried to use wear and tear against me getting my bond back not a good way to end a rental agreement wasn't clean yet had the place bond cleaned had a professional clean the carpet. They wouldn't take a written receipt .Unrealistic with there expectations be warned!
