They obviously found a way to delete old negative reviews. I paid a significant amount and they never delivered. They lost the QCAT hearing and still refuse to pay it back. They don't respond to any attempts to contact and make pursuing legal action very difficult and expensive.

We paid this company in January 2022 and they never sent us our items. We have tried more than a dozen times to contact them by email and phone and most of the time no one answers. This company has 1 star reviews on Product Review so do not believe the 5 star rating they have in Google as that is false. We are now reporting the transaction to our bank as fraudulent. Do not give them any money.

Don’t use this company. They do not manufacture products properly and fail to rectify the issue after the fact. Poor service and quality especially when it comes to installing products in marine environments. They don’t return calls nor emails. Fail to get a response even after sending a text. Definitely use another company.

I was after information on how my self locking roller blind may be repaired or replaced.Receptionist immediately went to back office, and a consultant came to front and talked me through an example he had with him. He did not want me sell me anything until I knew the correct diameter replacement.Subsequently, I returned to house to inspect the inner mechanism, and able to determine that it was still functioning, but simply needed spring tension to be applied prior to installation.Roller blind now working again.Commendations for customer service.
