Great customer service, I found these guys are friendly and helpful. Went in for a specific tyre, they didn't stock it but offered to order it in for me, got it within a week. Very reasonably priced. Would come back again, thank you!

These guys have so much time for me it blew my mind. Very helpful and very open minded to random one off projects. Not BMX specific either.Other nearby bike shops in the area outsource their wheel building to T Squared but won't tell you. They just add on their percentage. So if you want wheels built go straight to these guys.

Was recommended this store from a friend, and was impressed when I dropped my sons bike off to have the derailer repaired/ serviced. Picked up the bike a week later and was informed the work was completed, however once I was home the derailer was still faulty and gears were not in line. Took it back the following week and was rudely informed by the staff member that the bike had been dropped (he treated me like a liar). The staff member begrudgingly straightened it out at no extra charge, which was good of him. It wasn’t until the drive home that I realised the work was never completed to the bike initially, and they had made a mistake by informing it was. Rang the shop after to inform that this is likely what happened, however there was no acknowledgement or apology for my inconvenience. I was looking for a regular bike shop to get my bikes serviced with and felt this shop would be the one when I initially went there, however I was extremely disappointed with this service.

Amazing service at Tsquared, Steve was so helpful and knowledgeable in finding the perfect bike and protective equipment for my husband and son. We will be lifelong customers to this shop, you just can't get better service!!! Absolutely recommend even travelling from all over Brisbane to here, to know that you will get what you want first time. Well done guys!

Based on my experience, I can only recommend this shop. I have been there in two occasions, and both the times they fixed my issue immediately and for a very honest price.
