Shell Coles Express Gympie

The worst customer service I have ever experienced will never return. The woman was very rude, I slipped on the wet tiles at the front door, no one helped, and there was no door matt considering it's been raining all day.

Call ahead of time to see if coffee machine is working.

Best servo in Gympie, friendly staff and great customer service, i forgot to replace my fuel cap a few months ago and was surprised to find on asking at the counter that the staff had found it and kept it in store instead of disposing of it,lucky me. Cheers guys. Nick White.

Dropped in for a cup of tea and after making my cup of tea they told me that they don't have any cold milk but I could go ahead and purchase a 2L cold milk if I wanted to. Not what you want to hear on a long drive through Gympie. Well done coles!!

Really good petrol station and comes. Lots of bosses, plenty of squeegees for your windscreen, even wet wipes and some parking. The coles is well stocked and has good pricing. Also really close to a great pie shop for a good feed. Would recommend.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Great place to grab a quick snacks hit or cold, coffee, tea or cold drinks

I use this service station all the time. But we live in Gympie where the heat is unbearable cannot believe there was no air conditioning in this shop OMG even the chocolate's were totally melted. I feel really sorry for the workers working under these conditions. FIX the air conditioner immediately. Usually would give this shop 5 stars.

I've been buying petrol there for many years but this morning a staff member named Brianny tried to overcharge me. When I politely pointed out the overcharge she became extremely rude and aggressive.Brianny then went on the attack, calling me rude and telling me that maybe I shouldn't buy petrol there again. She finished off with telling me to grow up. I'm 65 years old and was polite all along. Brianny acted as though she can say what she wants and nothing will be done. I contacted Coles Express and made a complaint and guess what was done? Nothing. I've given one star because you can't give a minus.
