Harvey Norman Garden City

Bought a microwave and TV from here last week. We were meant to receive a 32L however, the team incorrectly picked a 40L which didnt fit out space. We called harvey norman customer service and they said we need to take the 40L back to exchange for the 32L even when it wasnt our fault? Customer service absolutely disgusting as the Danielle service rep couldnt even resolve the issue or no apologies for their stuff up. Received a call back from the team and they said they were going to call us back, however, received no calls. never coming back again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this store.

The wife and I were originally there to buy a DLSR camera for our daughter but got distracted with noise cancelling headphones. Jack came over and talked us through some of the features. Coincidentally he listened to the same genre of music so he knew what we were looking for. Jack new his stuff and was a pleasure to talk with. Needless to say we ended up purchasing two of the Sony wireless (one XM4 and one XM5) and they have been great. Yes, the daughter still got her camera. Nice to talk with you Jack. All the best in the future.

Danielle in the small goods electrical department was great. Offered assistance straight away and was passionate. She answered all my questions and even turned on the item to show me how it work. Very happy, Purchases a Shark Hairdryer.

Purchased 2 24 inch monitors recently

Garden city service this afternoon was appalling. The girl serving had the worst and most unfriendly attitude. Thank goodness the manager came and sorted out the gift card issue..He was lovely and helpful..perhaps she was having a bad day but doesn't look good. A friendly person should be at front service.

We purchased bed frame and mattress from the Furniture department and fridge from the Electrical Department. Both delivered on time and we are satisfied with the product quality. The sales representative Abbie from furniture department is very helpful. She quickly understood our needs and found the proper products with competitive price offered. very efficient purchase experience. The staff from electric department sorry I forgot his name but he also helped a lot. Very positive and friendly. Thanks very much!

We have shopped at this Harvey Norman for years and have recently purchased a washing machine with delivery and installation included.There are leakages from the inlet hose after installation and getting the installer back to look at it has been SUCH A PAIN!Took a day off work to wait around the house and no one showed up. Called up Harvey the next day and was told they are going to come again and did not hear anything back for days so had to call Harvey again and was able to get a booking in today. The installer said 10am and 12pm which has not been pushed back to 2.30 and 5.30 again. I highly doubt they will come today just like last time!! This is so frustrating. We paid for the machine and service and it has been SUPER POOR SO FAR.DO BETTER WITH WHO YOU PARNER WITH HARVEY NORMAN ! Far out

Danielle takes great pride in her approach to customer experience/care and her wealth of knowledge ensured that I was informed in my decision making, with no regrets.
