Good customer service alongwith good products. We were totally new to buying tiles, but the sales person was very patient and went through every detail thoroughly and explained us everything well.

I've shopped at Amber Tiles for some years now, including buying the wall tiles for last year's family bathroom reno. The staff and Ivan are always ready to offer friendly help, even on days when I am only looking around or buying small quantities.

I'm currently building a home and my builder recommended Amber at Glenhaven for my tile selections. Allan attended to me in store and his service was exceptional - he was attentive to my preferences, requirements and budget, was an excellent communicator and even sent me photos of his own recently built home so as to demonstrate the finished look of certain tile choices. Thank you Allan for making my tile selections such an easy process. I highly recommend Allan at Amber Glenhaven :)

If I could give Ivan the ‘Manager’ a big fat zero, that would be too good for him. He was clearly not interested in my business. I provided feedback to head office on their chat. Can’t be bothered to type it all in again. Read the screenshots below if you wish. That’s 2 hours of my life that I will never get back.

Ivan had absolutely no customer service or personality for that matter! I cannot believe he’s in sales? And due to the poor customer service we received we took our business to Amber at Kellyville where we received amazing customer service and because of that they got our order for over $22,000.

If I could give Zero stars then I would. I went there today 29/7/2018 and there was 2 staff working serving 2 customers. They totally ignored me. Not even a “Hello” or acknowledgment of any kind. I looked around the shop. About 20-25 mins later, the lady finished serving the customer and they left. She sat down behind the counter. Did not come to see if I needed assistance. I walked around for anothe 5 mins. Nothing.So I walked out. I was tempted to go back in there and tell them that I drove all the way to their store because a builder who buys there recommended the store. I would never in a million years go there as there are plenty of tile shops near me. They lost me as a customer and I won’t be returning there unless they are go to give me tiles for free!!I then drove back toward home looking for another tile shop. Stopped randomly at World of Tiles at Castle Hill. What a world of difference!!!!! They greeted me as I walked in and served me. Even offered me coffee!At a minimum I have 4 bathrooms, balcony, laundry, triple garage, front porch and steps to tile excluding living areas, alfresco etc.Guess who misses out!!!!!! Never go there!!!
