After a long wedding day, we were told the following week that our entire Wedding footage was some how lost. The photos were there but all the videos were missing.There was zero remorse from their end and we were left speechless and devastated.

Wasn't impressed with the woman at the Fairfield studio. She said to my wife want do you want with your photos? All She said was I want my photos perfect. The woman looked at her with a condescending smile and said We have another Bridezilla do we?" We decided xsight did not excite us."

Where do I begin ! Nick was an absolute legend. From day one of dealing with him over emails to saying goodbye to us at the wedding at 12am... He was fabulous! Nick and his crew had the perfect balance of peofeprofession and joking nature that made the day run so smoothly and produce some absolute world class photos (and we hope/ are sure of the same standard video). My photographer forgot to bring all his lenses. I specifically asked for photos on a particular bridge- only to be told on the day - time wouldn’t allow. In fact had heaps of time and went for a sit and coffee to wait until it was time to go to the reception. I was told my prepaid portrait would never expire- take my time- which I did A long time ( life gets in the way for all sorts of reasons) .. that has now expired. So- I took another option to pay for my DVDs - but they’re not readable/ damaged.I paid top dollar and expected great photos. I agree that they’re great salesmen with great personalities but that’s about it. They should have been regretful and offered me a resolution but they didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend, big ripoff.
