Geoff and his son Trent did a great job replacing my broken hot water system on Anzac Day morning. Punctual, professional, clean and work completed in a timely manner to the highest standard. Reliable, down to earth and willingness to assist, I highly recommend this family business to anyone.

Geoff and his son (i missed getting his name!) are categorically the best tradespeople we have had do work for us.We are in the midst of a renovation, and required our present hot water system moved and replaced to another part of the house - the job was particularly complex, indicated by several trades people we approached for quotes, as we'd sequenced it poorly with the rest of the renovation. Geoff had the most credible assessment of what it would take to get the job done, and an extremely reasonable quote. He then made himself available to accommodate with the urgency required for the job, to fit with our renovation, and he did a truly amazing job!Whilst Geoff was doing the job, we asked him to also disconnect another unit - completely unrelated to the job he'd quoted for - which he kindly agreed to do at no charge as he was at the property. But alas, the request we'd made of him was a mistake on our part - we actually needed this working and not disconnected! Worse still, we found this out on the Kings Birthday public holiday, and were frantic to find a solution. We put in a call to Geoff to ask what options we had. Unbelieveably, Geoff and his son came over to the house within a few hours that day - a public holiday - and reconnected the unit for us. Whilst I offered to pay, he said that because this was a mistake we'd made, he would not charge for it! I am yet to meet tradespeople like Geoff and his son, and would recommend them to anyone in his coverage area - the Mornington Peninsular.

Had Geoff, replace an existing internal hot water unit, with a external instantaneous hot water unit (including an upgraded gas meter) Geoff’s work was excellent & done in a timely manner. Geoff explained in detail what needed to be done & I thought the invoiced price was extremely fair.Would highly recommend this professional tradesman.

I was impressed with the courteous, prompt attention the Hot Water Man - Jeff gave to advise me what to do regarding my hot water problem. He installed a new Water system promptly, neatly and efficiently and made sure everything was working well before he left. I would certainly recommend him to anyone having problems with their Hot Water System.
