The Good Guys Mile End
As per staff, the installation team will fix the tv on the wall and if needs a new bracket the installation team will put the new one with no cost. The installation person came on his own to put the tv on the wall, I have to organise guy for him to help, temporarily fixed on the wall stating will be back next time with new bracket. After a month, the date fixed the tv with new bracket and the guys is asking $180 for new bracket and upon enquiry with good guys that said we have pay it from from our pocket, which is totally different than I was told before. Very poor communication and poor service. Not happy at all, I won’t recommend anyone to buy from Good guys.

We have been using Alex V from the Good Guys Mile End for many years through out our Renovation Company. He has always been professional, knowledgeable and absolutely fantastic when we have sent clients in for selections. Couldn't recommend Alex V highly enough.

Very welcoming and lots of staff on the floor to ask questions.We have purchased multiple appliances and Alex V provided great advice and amazing customer service every time. Always going to see him first before making a decision as his suggestions save us time researching and we’ve been pleased with every single purchase.

I would give One Star to good Guys mile end as there is No option for Zero.Customer service is very Poor- No Follow up with customer on missing goods, no reassurance from the staff member and no responsibility taken,Bought whole heaps of electronics items on Easter sale for my house,Paid at least a month before delivery,Bigger stuff was delivered on time by Trucks, I was aware that I have to pick up smaller stuff. Therefore, I have rung the Good guys and said I would be picking up the stuff at some stage.Despite, they sent my Smaller stuff to Toll which was meant to deliver next day. (I am 3.5Km away from Good Guys Mile end).Waited for four days no goods delivered- The tracking number given by good guys said shipment created,I followed up with TOLL personally and toll said they don’t have the goods after a week.Rang back to store they said toll picked it up, back and forth for 8days,Went to store physically and they handed me only one goods out of my three essential items.Store guy named Paul said he will follow up with tolls and ring me back on Tuesday on rest of the items- waited until Thursday afternoon no decency to follow up.No reassurance from the staff member no responsibility taken, no follow up made.I have wasted my time and energy.I would not recommend Good guys mile end.

The Good Guys Mile End
Recently purchased a fridge from the Mile End store. Five stars for Helen, her knowledge & service were so helpful. All down hill from there. Cashier wasn't very helpful. They were chatting at the registers about finding ways to avoid serving customers. Anddealing with the delivery people was little better. Having said that, I love my new fridge. But will purchase elsewhere next time.

We bought a Samsung TV from this place. When we opened the TV, a part of connection was already broken. It is not something that could happen during the transport. Contacted the shop, spoken to the manager but they were not willing to help us. What a disgraceful service. We do not recommend this place and we'll never purchase anything from here.

Pretty ordinary service today. We went in to buy a toaster and kettle. We were in the store for approximately 1/2 hour and not one person approached us. We asked at the check out counter for assistance and 10 minutes later no one had appeared so we left. Very poor service.

5 stars to Tony at the Mile End store. I haven't met Tony in person but he was very helpful and followed through & assisted with my order over the phone. The wait when I call the 1300 support number is excessive. Delivery gives a 3 hours time window for someone to be available. I would appreciate a curtesy call 1 hour before the delivery arrive.

New kitchen…. Used stock from mile end. Very happy with purchases. Got a $20 voucher, to be used by today. Really!!! A time limit for $20. I will purchase my final article elsewhere. Girl on phone said, “ yes a lot of customers are unhappy about this.” Well, dear, do something about it.
