Road in is a little rough but the walk was great. the Tall trees are beautiful and heaps of fungi in May when we were there.

Will be back to explore this more, didnt see much as the as the light was fading for us. The road in is a little rough for our SUV (Hyundai Santa Fe). Lots of overhanging bran hes to scratch the car, rocks, and potholes.

Beautiful walk through some amazing temperate rainforest with some of the largest tree ferns l have seen. Even the baby" Ash (eucalyptus regnans) are amazing throughout the walk. The Big Tree a true wonder. Well maintained and sign posted by Friends of the Blue Tier"

Blue Tier Giant Walk
An easy rewarding stroll through some lovely forest with massive manferns and gum trees, the largest flowering plants in the world! Allow two hours if you take your time and soak it all in.

A fantastic beautiful walk, though had some tree limbs across cradle tree walking path section. No issues! Well worth the effort to warm the leg muscles up!

Kind of a rough drive along anchor rd to get to the start of the walk but definitely worth it. Beautiful scenery throughout the whole walk and path is well marked out, just watch out for leaches.

Couldn’t decide to give it 1 star or 5. You would expect a track that is signposted from the highway to be remotely accessible. Once you turn into the second gravel road it doesn’t look like a 2wd track anymore with no chance to turn. luckily it was good weather the days before and we were the only car going down and up again with zero traffic when we did it. I should have trusted google when it told me, I will take 15 min for the last 2km - in worse weather, it might be worth to park the car up the road and walk those 2km. It’s the same way back, don’t continue with a 2wd even if the road looks ok and google shows a way. I had some other waterfalls as my next destination, and google suggested to go ahead and not turn around. When doing the walk, I opened the lockbook and saw that it’s actually a 4wd from the parking. luckily I didn’t go the google way. The walk itself with the old trees is nice and super enjoyable and deserve a 5 star.
