My close friend referred me to Matrix, he told me he is very thorough with what he does which I wanted, given i had issues with Toyota not being so thorough.The moment i reached out with a brief enquiry, Matrix was responsive and very clear.My car was over due for a service by 8000km and it was starting to get very loud. After bringing it there, he was very straight forward with what needed to get done. He got the car major serviced and replaced a few parts. When i got it back, it was as if i had bought it brand new again.The vibe i got from him, i didn't feel as if he was over pricing me. Unlike other places, being female it is what i have experienced. But not from Matrix.I Will be continuing to see him with any other car issues and referring him to everyone who needs car work done....

The owner Matrix fixed up my car within a timely manner when I had an unexpected car issue in the morning. He went above and beyond to attend to my car and delivered an outstanding service in fixing my car as well as updating me through out the progress of my car. Highly recommend their customer service and the quality of work they deliver.
