Great company to work for. Gave me heaps of shifts good venues to work at with staff meals offered on site, owner have been great gave me time off when I needed it and provided heaps of shifts and the company looked after me sadly hadto leave as I was leaving Melbourne.

5 starts security for sure!professional, respectful and patient guards with great customer service.The guards welcome us at the entrance with a big smile.There were other guards inside that clearly were on top of thing there was some issue between 2 guys in seconds there was a team of guards that quickly and smoothly handle the situation must say made us feel safe.At the end of the night one of guard even helped us with some direction in the area (must say he was very patient with us).Honestly I was impressed.Highly recommended to anyone that is looking for professional guards, good security and happy customers.Made our night out!

This company, while the least professional and understanding security business I've ever seen manages to still shock me anytime I've seen them used. Their guards are more than happy to talk about how they are treated at work, more than happy to resort to physical violence when not necessary. The very name Dominance is correct in its own right. The guards will dominate whomever they choose, not whoever is deserving. I'm also in the security industry and this is the least respectful company I have ever dealt with.

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life. Luke and Anthony are big lier of this company. Do not look after guards and if you want to waste your time , then go there. They did very bad with me. I wish God will give them punishment

Terrible service. They told everyone in out group that we had consumed too much alcohol, the most hilarious part was that 5 out of the 10 people were stone cold sober. 714 was incredibly unprofessional and declined to show me his number when I said I will be sending him boss and email on Monday morning.

If you saw some reviews about this place being shady with pay. It's just lies. The office lady and interviewer were nothing but respectful and told me how they operate; honest, dedicated and no compromise.

Seeing all these false and made up reviews is very disheartening.I Orlando Rinaldi worked for Dominance for many years. And I can truly say my time their was great. I was trained by very experienced security officers which positively impacts me today. Always paid on time and never chasing what was owed to me. Management were very understanding when I required personal leave. Plenty of work and hours for the right people. Hard work always pays off.Nothing but respect for Luke and Nick Karas.

I have been working in the security industry since 1996 (over 24 years). I have been employed by Dominance Guardian Services for almost one year. Clients receive a truly first class service. Security personnel are screened thoroughly. The standard we adhere to and the on going training we receive enables us to perform at the highest standard.
