I have been using Joseph at JS Crown to clean my carpets for about 15 years and I am never disappointed. Carpets are a big investment and I only want the best to keep them looking amazing. With 3 kids and a dog there has never been a stain Joseph hasn't been able to get out. Always on time, responsive and friendly. Wouldn't trust anyone else to clean my carpet.

I would highly recommend Joseph from JS Crown cleaning . He removed stains from a rug that another carpet cleaner put there . After getting that cleaner back a 2nd time with the same result I gave up and called Joseph.Joseph came out and removed the stains and I'm very happy with the rug . If I could give Joseph 6 stars I would! Joseph has been looking after my carpets for over 20 years. He has cleaned rugs lounges tiles and our carpets. He is always on time professional and will take the time to explain what he is doing and what it is going to cost. Joseph has also been very prompt when we have had emergencies with our carpets. I wouldn't use any other business.

I have been using Joseph for over 3 years now. He is extremely reliable and professional and responds soo quickly. He goes above and beyond to get to your job when it is urgent. I have 100% wool carpet and have had many accidents/stains and he has removed them all. I also have pets - if anyone is looking for a carpet cleaner I highly recommend using Joseph.
