Enough but very young staff with poor customer service that don’t appear to have a more experienced supervisor as a leader. Felt pressured having to choose a tree quickly. The one we chose (a normal size tree for a whopping $110), was cut in a way it had to fall into foot-deep mud. I was first ignored when I raised this. Everyone could see what would happen but nobody pointed this out to the young man with the chain saw. When I raised it again I was told „This is a working farm and we know what we‘re doing“. (If he would have cut it from the other side it would have fallen perfectly fine onto dry ground). So..the tree fell and was totally muddy. I said that I would prefer another tree for that kind of money and they said I should take it home and hose it down. Sure, I could have done that. But because of their smug and borderline rude behaviour I preferred to walk away and buy a tree at a place with a better working culture and customer service.Thanks for listening.

Very happy with Christmas Tree Farm. All staff very helpful and friendly. We were able to choose a tree and quickly helped to cut down and carry to car. Would definitely go back here.

We went during a weekday so it was quiet and there was plenty of help at hand from the friendly staff. Quick, organized and a beautiful setting for creating Christmas memories.

Beautiful Christmas tree farm with fantastic staff and the most incredible Christmas store! Everyone was kind and the team helped me pick the perfect tree, they even bailed it for me which made transporting it much much easier. Lulu in the shop was so helpful and I found some fantastic Christmas tree decorations and ornaments for the house.

As you would expect at this time of year they are very busy, but we found our tree and the staff member to cut it down. Santa is there, coffee and cake, tractor ride and a gift stall. Everyone was having a good time. Just a bit dusty, but that's NOT a detraction a fun part of going to a farm. Well organised and plenty of parking.

What an experience! Felt like I stepped into another world of Christmas joy! Brodie and her family make you feel welcome from the moment you see the giant Santa in the driveway - could not recommend it more!

Clarification regarding feedback provided by owner 28/11/2022. Unfortunately there is misinformation in your response. We were looking for a six foot tree but couldn’t find one in suitable condition so we opted for the seven foot tree at $110. Not at any point did we say we expected to pay $50. At no time was there an offer for the muddy tree to be hosed down for us. We were told that was our responsibility to do this at home. I advised the young supervisor that l would be leaving a one star review only after he called us “pathetic.” Frankly, we are unimpressed that you are siding with your staff who behaved poorly and are trying to cover themselves. Instead of making amends or sincerely apologising for how we were treated, your acceptance of this working culture only leaves us further disappointed. This negative experience could have been avoided if your staff had demonstrated some customer focus and respectful behaviour.Review: We chose this Christmas Tree Farm based on the reviews and opening hours. Unfortunately, apart from a warm greeting by concierge, our customer experience was terrible. Our small straight tree was felled directly into a mud bath, against our wishes, instead of the dry path that lay next to it. When we objected to not wanting to deal with a wet muddy tree on the roof of our car the staff told us that we could hose it off when we get home and were told “this is a working farm. That’s just how it is.” Any attempt to reason and seek some actual customer service was met with excuses and dismissal by the person serving us and her crew. As we departed back to the car empty-handed the supervisor made haste to find out why we were dissatisfied. Instead of acknowledging our concerns he arrogantly made more excuses as to why we were in the wrong in not taking in the tree that we had selected. When l respectfully called him out on his behaviour and he realised that we were unhappy and not bending to his will he offered for that tree to be put in the pre-cut pile and for us to go and select another tree. Unfortunately by this time any goodwill was well and truly used up. He then told us that we were being “pathetic.” This reinforced what was an unnecessarily poor customer experience.I would encourage the owners to select and train all their young casual staff on good customer service ethics to help prevent them behaving with a sense of entitlement, rudeness, and disrespect. Needless to say we won’t be returning and fortunately have several other options to purchase Xmas trees in the area.

Very poorly executed business with no effective system to manage tree selection and then collection. Brother in law (and others) waited an hour to get their trees after they got lost following being cut. Roadway was horrifically muddy and lacked any form of drainage to manage the rain. Can't contol the weather but you can control the setup to manage it. Have been to other farms and the systems there are significantly better and more refined to handle the peak times. Good selection of trees available but finding staff to get them is difficult. The place has lots of potential however due to a lack of planning, its a disappointing experience. 1 star for tree selection and 1 star for having complimentary umbrellas, would not recommend considering other options available on the peninsula.
