I wanted to send an urgent gift to a colleague on her last day and needed next day delivery. Miranda was super helpful and ensured the gift got there on time. My colleague sent me a beautiful message in return - she was overwhelmed by the gift and it provided a much needed spark of joy. She sent photos and it was as beautifully presented as it is on the website. Will definitely use them again. Very stylish and great service! 5 stars all round!

Not customer centric. The mobile contact of recipient was given at time of order. But delivery man did not message to inform of delivery at approximate time. As a result, parcel was undelivered and landed at Post Office for collection. Imagine, birthday lady with new born child has to drive to Post Office to collect her gift.
