DuoGlass Double Glazing

Terrible customer service. Absolute waste of time and effort. We asked multiple times for them to come and quote at our home but they didn’t even reply, even after doing all the measurements ourselves they couldn’t be bothered to provide a quote. Taken the business elsewhere. Very poor.

I called them several times. After I emailed them multiple times, I eventually received half the quote. I emailed again and asked for the rest of the quote. They didn’t even reply back.They were not interested in our whole house job I suppose. We have decided to go ahead with another company who were grateful for our business.

It was one of the stress free renovation to replace our windows. Everyone from the showroom staff to the person who came to take measurement to the installers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Now we can stay cool in summer and warm in winter. Highly recommend Duoglass.

We are exceptionally pleased with our new doubled glazed windows. Our house has a lot of very large windows and the heat transfer through them was significant and was costing us a lot of money in heating and cooling. We have already noticed how much warmer the house stays in winter and are looking forward to enjoying the cooler house in the coming summer.What we had not counted on was just how much better the entire house looks with our new windows. We had not realized just how tired and dated the old windows were making our house look. Now the house looks fresh and clean and modern and we are delighted.Duo Glass did a fabulous job with the installation. It was a difficult install, but at no time did they make this our problem. Everyone concerned was always polite and went the extra mile (or two) to resolve issues as they arose and to get everything done to our liking.I would recommend anyone thinking of going to double glazing to talk to Duo Glass, they are a terrific company to deal with.

The shop itself was fine, but the salesman seemed confused/bemused that we were asking him questions about sliding doors, glass and flyscreens, etc.A slightly strange experience!

A very good experience from start to finish from dealing with the sales guys, on site measurement, installation and subsequent follow up. DuoGlass where proactive throughout the whole process in providing a quality product and I will definitely approach them again for further requirements.

I have to admit I have held off for over a year with making this review, purely in the hopes that my anger would subside. Alas, it has not... Predominantly because we are not able to use our windows or door on a nice breezy day, as there is no ability to install flyscreen or security screens due to the handles that they used, and the windows do not lock at any point other than closed/minimally open/invitation to steal everything in the house. Despite literally stating at the quote process we don't really need any of the front windows to open completely

Beautiful Double Glazed doors fitted by DuoGlass. Excellent quality and workmanship. Whole process was faultless from initial quote to site visit to confirm measurements. Installation was carried out in timely fashion and was kept updated along the process at every step. Would highly recommend DuoGlass so much so we are looking to get current doors fitted with their quality product.The transformation from our old door to new one allows so much more light into home and far more weather proof.Customer service seems very high on their agenda and would have no hesitation in recommending DuoGlass to anyone.
