I went in to get some embroidery done on three hoodies, I was quoted $15 per jumper for some basic text (22 letters total, no images.) I was told it would take 2 weeks, then, after taking my name and number, I got informed of an artwork fee" then was told that would cost an additional $80. $80 for spending 15 seconds typing in letters in literally any font into a computer......What an absolute joke."

Did not hold to promised date for basic shirt printing. When told came out with half hearted work up. Made a mistake with refund amount. Requested customer honesty for returning extra amount. Still charged refund fees. Customer service questioned..
