Moreton Bay Blinds & Security Screens

We have had Moreton Bay Blinds come out to our house a number of times and install blinds, shutters and security screens. Every time they have exceeded our expectations. Always great to have a friendly and approachable installer in your home.

I read a community post on FB regarding crime safe door/window screens which was something I really needed to purchase. Eric contacted me and was fabulous. I could not be happier with my purchase. I recommend their customer service, prompt and professional personal assistance and quality of their product.

This is from Desley Park ....In the past 18 months we have purchased a full house of security screens, an external roller shade along with shutters and rollerblinds. We have found Andrew to be extremely honest and overwhelmingly knowledgeable. I respected his suggestions and was always pleased with the results. I believe their prices are very reasonable but I don't bother with getting quotes because the quality of workmanship and peace of mind outweighs any price difference. Big thanks to Claire in the office who is always a joy to deal with. I would certainly recommend Moreton Bay Blinds to anyone.

The service I found to be reliable, their range of great quality products is exceptional, they are honest, polite and hard working. We requested a technician to come and fix our sliding door on an agreed day. He did a great job, working very hard and fast. However when we got the bill we queried it as it was for a longer period of time for what the technician was here for. Thankfully they reduced it, however it was still expensive because they had in fact billed us for two people. Two people did arrive on the appointed day, however it was only one person who did the work, not two. After querying the bill again and stating that we didn't ask, nor were we told that there would be two people, Claire got very abrupt. She became more abrupt and discourteous when she send another email requesting payment and threatening Collection Services upon us if we didn't pay by the following Friday. To me, this is not a way to run a business nor is it a way to communicate with customers.

I had Prowler Proof Security Screens installed on my home at Redland Bay. The product and service are first class. It was also great dealing with a local family business. Highly recommend this company

I've given this rating based on my previous experience with this small company but am about to place my next order 15 years later, different home. I've come to the conclusion that the very negative and ugly reviews made against them must be from other competing companies trying to destroy their opposition as they are no good themselves. These guys have been prompt, friendly and don't deal with inferior fabricators. Will let you know how the next order goes. ADDED NOTE: Great the second time round too.

Disgusting co to deal with. After 3 weeks of nothing i rang and eventually was told they'd had problems with a fabric. I thought they could have let me know as a customer service gesture. I then experienced the most disgusting ranting diatribe. I hung up. A cheque for refund arrived in the mail 2 days later. How do these people do business. Dreadful.
