Always happy with Aramex deliveries . Don is always friendly when I do see him on a delivery and he always makes sure my goods are delivered securely. Aramex’s international customer service are unhelpful and misleading. I drove 100km round trip to Coffs Harbour to collect parcels from the lovely boys there only to be told they were onboard for delivery. After 8 hours and darkness, still no delivery. And now tracking states there was an issue at 14:40 when I was there! Please don’t make me call the international call centre? Can I please have the depot number and speak to the great staff at Coffs? This is the third issue with Aramex this week and it’s costly!Day three and still no viable response, only to be emailed 'in progress' repeatedly. The online systems do not work - the Wahtsapp does not work, the tracking app does not work - computers and international call centres don't help - I need someone in Australia to talk to me and tell me where my parcels are? Or do I have to drive 100kms again tomorrow because you don't give out Australian numbers?

Reliable, Professional & Friendly. I've made quite a few online orders lately. Mick leaves our packages, great condition, right way up, out of sight & in a safe spot. If im at home he always has time for a quick hello or chat. great service & always with a smile. Thanks Mick

Claudia is always a pleasure to see when I'm expecting a package. Very happy and makes sure to call out and waits at my gate to hand the package to me, even when my dogs are barking at her. Lovely lady who seems to love her job.

I was supposed to have a parcel delivered today, according to the confirmation email claiming that it has been delivered. Despite this, said parcel WAS NOT delivered.Shame, since this is the first time it's happened. Would've given 5 stars otherwise.

Our local courier Mick is fantastic to deal with, he is very prompt, diligent and hard working, he services our local family business by taking great care of our fragile parcels and is an absolute great bloke to deal with. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Claudia for years now. Your company should be proud to have an employee of her calibre working for you.
