Ryderwear Gym Hackham

Ok This gym is amazing the staff here are so friendly a credit to the manager and as far as customer service goes they are incredible super warm and welcoming. Some gyms can feel so intimidating to go into but this isn’t it’s clean fresh and such a good vibe amazing way to inspire fitness goals… and bonus they have a retail shop also…and amazing mirrors girls! It’s never overly crowded and the community here seems lovelyKelly Szyjko xx

Terrible service, manager is rude and inappropriate. Staff need better training and role models put in place.

Great 1st day back training at my new 2nd home.

Good and not too packed in the mornings

Worst customer service ever!! Walked in to this gym and there were 3 people behind the front counter, which at first I thought great, lots of staff, this was short lived.I made eye contact with 2 of them and they said nothing. No welcome, no smile, nothing. I walked around the retail shop for a little bit and picked a few items out. Still no one bothered to assist. I walked to the counter to ask if I can try them on and the response was, yeah.I came out of the change room and again they said nothing. I handed over the unwanted items and the response was, no good? No worries and they went back to their conversation. I hope this was a 1 time issue but I won't be going back.

Love the vibe. Super friendly staff and members. Always very clean and tidy! Good music too.

Such a great vibe at Hackham! Hands down the best gym down south!
