Ordered a large size vegetable stir fry, but the portion of vegetable is small, just like small sized vegetable meal in other restaurant! The actual item does not match the photo displayed! Besides, vegetable stir fry is so sweet! Terrible experience.

Very disappointed.I ordered :Teriyaki beef noodle - it was mostly noodles lacked meat and veges and it tasted like the bottom of an old pan it just had no flavour for me.Steamed bun - was hard I just couldn’t chew it, if it was cooked properly it would’ve been beautiful.Chicken Dim sim- was fried and it was beautiful was my first time trying them and was very happyBeef and black bean noodle- tastes the same as the teriyaki just tasted like a pan I don’t know how else to put it.Had no problems with customer service.

Asked how long before ordering and told 20 minutes but it took 55 minutes. Food was dry flavorless and basically no meat. $22 each for Big size with a couple of tiny bits of meat. Absolutely terrible. Never going back.

Food is variable in quality. The fried chicken is probably their strong suit, and is better quality than KFC but unfortunately MUCH more expensive. The noodle dishes are their weak spot, and are almost totally noodle resulting in a gigantic rip-off.

I ordered a large garlic prawns for dinner tonight and when my meal arrived it was steaming hot however when I ate a prawn it was cold in the middle so I started to smell the prawns and they smelled as though they were definitely off. I tried to call the store over 12 times but nobody answered I'm now stuck eating Weet-Bix for dinner not happy at all especially considering it's the first time I have tried this restaurant.

This place is extra ordinary I don’t even know where to begin, the store is dirty the floor is dirty needed a proper sweep and mop it’s got marks everywhere, they are now “supreme chicken” whatever that is, the old serve yourself machine is still in corner collecting dust as well as the big noodle box sign, the food has zero flavour! Literally none, the pork steamed buns are bloody awful literally just pulled out of freezer and no doubt chucked in microwave. 100% they aren’t following the noodle box franchise rules it’s seems like a ripoff. Kings meadows is soo much better!

The chicken is so crispy. I ordered Korean fried rice chicken slaw. The source is garlic soy and mayo. Highly recommend. Love it! Gary did a great customer service, which make me feel so welcomed! Definitely come back again!

not sure what the deal is but if you can't cook rice, don't own a restaurant. Do you have a rice cooker there? Do you know how to use it? Hey I can come and teach you! My meal had no flavour, very little meat or veg and lots and lots of BARELY COOKED RICE. Never getting food from Noodle box again, appalling
