we ordered and paid for the A1 Jasper sofa and it was delivered today (2 weeks late) and it has stains all over the sofa and a moldy smell. Black marks and brown muddy dust-like marks. The stains cannot be removed. We have confirmed now that this sofa is full of molds. We are extremely disappointed, angry and frustrated. I will never recommend them to friends and family. We will escalate this to the manager and request that they remove this immediately from our apartment and give us a full refund.

The worst customer service you may ever imagine! In a few simple words :” The moment they got your money they start ignoring you and postponing the required service”.I ordered the sofa package in January and was supposed to receive it early April, After 4 weeks of delay the sofa package arrived and all seats were faulty. The seats have deep creases and looks like an old used sofa. Informed the customer service and they requested photos to be sent, I immediately replied and attach the photos. Five weeks later they scheduled the repair.The technician arrived one hour late on the day and was prepared to do nothing! Didn’t apologise for the delay and had no tools with him to do any repair while I was said they will do the heat iron.He said the new parts should be ordered and that takes another 2-3 weeks then quickly ran away. Called the costumer service & was told a manager will be in touch by end of the day. 6 days later I haven’t heard from them and no manager called.I totally regretted buying the sofa pack, they don’t have a proper warehouse in Australia , they don’t have a proper customer care team who respect the client’s time and feedbacks.

Terrible experience so far, we ordered the Jasper bed. It took 4/5 months to be made for us and was delivered last week. The wood surrounding the bed was cracked, the fabric/quality around the sides look unfinished and there are marks on the fabric. I had a text / email after the delivery saying someone would be in touch - it's been 8 days and I've heard nothing. I've sent an email - the only possible way to reach out and got an auto response saying they will reply in 8-10 days. This isn't good enough considering the price of their products - the quality in the show room does not reflect what they deliver.

We recently purchased a Jasper sofa with the integrated storage - we have had it now a few months. So glad we finally made the investment (after an epic failure with a Freedom sofa that did not have the structural integrity of the King sofa). The sofa is comfortable, fabric practical (especially with our dog), amazing storage and looks great! David at the Moore Park store, was great to deal with friendly without being pushy. Thanks David.Anyone thinking of a the Jasper sofa, but not sure about spending the money - just do it. Don't make the same mistake we did by buying something else that was cheaper, didn't last and then come back to a King which we love!

Horrible customer service. If you don't look like a middle aged wealthy customer be prepared for a subpar customer experience. My partner and I went into the store and knew exactly what product we wanted however had the difficult task in trying to find some assistance. There were about 5 staff members who were working and none of them greeted, offered assistance or gave us any attention. We were there for so long we were about to just order the item online but eventually flagged someone down after 15 mins. This wasn't the only occasion we were treated to such mediocre service, first time we went into the store we were the only customers and no one greeted or offered us any help. I noticed my partner and I did not fit the target customer profile, we are young with no children, wore casual clothing and didn't look wealthy - but it still doesn't excuse for providing us poor service.The second challenge we are now facing is delays with our order (it is 1 month delayed, after waiting 3 months), and thirdly, they have an impossible pick up process. They make it so hard for you to pick up the item and have to go through some ridiculous process to pick up. Literally have to book in a time with 48 hr notice to pick up the item and if you miss it, they will ship it back to the warehouse and you have to book in another day with 48 hr notice again. Their pick up point is only open 9am-3pm. They are so inflexible and the customer service rep on the phone was strangely passive aggressive and offered no help at all and that the process was more important than our customer experience.. Also I am unwilling to pay the crazy $200 delivery fee for the worlds smallest coffee table that can fit in a hatchback.Why am I still giving business to this company despite the horrible service? Well the coffee table was so darn cute.

We found our salesman David to be excellent. He wasn’t pushy and let us browse before making contact again. He was knowledgeable and extra helpful with everything we were after. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we were very happy to make our informed purchase of the nimbus lounges and sun loungers. We’ve purchased King furniture over the years and feel they make an excellent product. Thank you David.

Horrible delivery service! King has tried to deliver our bed frame twice - each time failing because they completely ignored the delivery instruction regarding limited street parking and garage height clearance! The first time they tried to charge us extra for parking a little further away when we have already paid for their deluxe" delivery. We tried to contact them again and again over the course of a month to reschedule a delivery to account for access criteria and they have been totally unresponsive or unable to confirm that they can successfully make the delivery.Supposedly a "premium" furniture store seems flashy and premium in their marketing

Long story short I ordered a bed, after the already large wait time for delivery it was delayed further, then couldn’t be completely delivered with side tables which were delayed even longer, then the wrong parts came and was told by king living employees to cut cables and install parts myself (which were the wrong parts anyways), then I raised two incidents on the website, then had to call, and it’s still not resolved, oh and the delivery drivers / technicians who assemble the products have no clue. By far the worst customer experience I have ever received, i don’t mind a mistake here or there, things happen but I don’t mean that lightly, it has literally been the worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my life. Good luck to the business.

All the staff at King Living Moore Park are very kind and provide great service, they do a great job making the customers feel comfortable.As expressed by many of the other reviews, David was incredibly helpful and provided us a smoothe and enjoyable experience from beginning to end of our show room experience. Top notch customer service here :)

The worst customer service we've ever experienced from a retailer.We bought new sofa set for over $7k which arrived two weeks late which obviously isn't ideal but not too concerning. Once they arrived on the 5/12/22 all four sections of the set had a blue dye stain on. When we told King they weren't very apologetic but said they would send a cleaning team to remove them. It took four weeks for them to come and attempt to remove the stains which they did not manage. During the time between delivery and the cleaning team coming we were told we would get the delivery fee refunded as a gesture of goodwill and if it didn't come out they offered a re-cover. We responded on 08/12/22 (the same day we were offered the re-cover) and asked how long a re-cover would take and if the sofas would need to be removed. They did not respond to this email and others. As of today 20/01/23 we are yet to receive a refund or a response regarding the re-cover. They do not respond to emails. I called King on 16/01/23 to ask what was happening as the cleaning team had been and had tried but failed to remove the stains fully and they have told us they have sent the report to King. The gentleman on the phone was very rude, unhelpful and didn't even apologise once and barely responded to me. He couldn't give me an answer to why they hadn't responded to multiple emails that were sent in December. He then said they hadn't had the report from the cleaning team but they have since confirmed they did indeed send it. He also said he didn't know why we didn't get the refund, and said he had processed it again. We still haven't had it. He said they would be in contact but again we haven't heard anything. The sofa is 6 weeks old and the one chair has already lost its plumpness and the seat sinks as if it's worn out already. This has to be a manufacturer fault?!?! You sit down and it slopes in the middle of the cushion. There's nowhere near enough support. The cushion is out of shape and flat compared to the others. Since delivery no issues have been resolved and they do not respond to our emails. We are so disappointed with the whole experience.Edit: The order is under my partners name Sophie Zammit-Haber and as stated a lot of emails we've sent already have had no response.Edit: This gets worse. Since this review they contacted us and offered to replace the order( as stated many times all four parts of the sofa had blue dye on). We clarified with them that they will be replacing all parts which they said yes. The day of the delivery came and they only had two boxes. I asked is that just two sections not four? Which they said yes they only had an order to replace two sections and take two of the damaged sections back with them. They said they have made a note that all four sections should have been replaced. I then went on to ring King customer service just after the delivery team had left and explained they only had replaced two parts. The lady on the phone apologised and read through all the previous correspondence and she seemed to think that they should have replaced it all. She said she had sent an email to the team that had been dealing with the case and marked it urgent. My partner also responded to the email regarding the case where they had informed us they would be replacing it, and explained we were expecting all four parts to be replaced as they were all damaged. This was over a week ago, and not one person has got back to us via phone or even responded to the emails regarding the two sections with blue dye. We have followed up the email AGAIN, and still no response. We are now at the point where we have two new sections and two old sections with blue dye on and a cushion that has no support.
