I have been going to John for a couple of months with a fairly serious back injury.After the first session my back felt better than it had done for months. The exercises I was shown were good and numerous. My back has got better and better as the sessions have gone on.A thoroughly pleasant chap, very very knowledgeable and absolutely loves his work.Highly recommended.

The experience I had at John Meades clinic was a rather traumatic one. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and upset due to implying I did not exercise enough and that it's my fault that my back is bad. He was extremely cold in his interaction. After a 10 minute massage costing $80 I left the clinic in tears. Wouldn't recommend due to high cost for such a short massage and manner was cold and judgemental.

Cannot speak highly enough of John, after thirteen years of being in pain after a car accident he not only completely got rid of any pain but also taught me so much about how to stay strong and maintain a pain free body. His holistic approach is definitely what makes him special.
