Would not recommend if travelling for appointment.  On three different occasions opon arrival I was told they had cancelled my appointment due to no fault of my ownhairdresser had other commitments"

First time in my life to experience a style cut by a curly hair specialist and count myself very blessed to have come across this wonderful hairdresser. A wonderful surprise with the outcome of my haircut. Thank you again to the wonderful team at Hairdressers at work!

Came in last minute just as they were closing with no appointment, desperate for a quick trim and blow dry before an event that evening. Tiffany stayed behind on her own time to accommodate me and did an excellent job. Couldn’t be more thankful for her kindness and for the gorgeous style that she gave me. Would highly recommend

Had a lovely wavy hair cut with Antonella. She was very knowledgeable and gave me a great cut. It was easy to book an appointment online. Highly recommend!

Bad experience, wouldn't come back. I came punctual to my appointment at 3.30 (supposed to stay there for an hour, 4.30 leaving). Hairdresser came in and she started to comment with other collegues that she does not like to cut curly hair (mine is curly) which I found it quite unprofessional. She kept going, cut off my hair on dry, and then washed my hair, after washed she started drying out but another client came in and she left me unfinished to go and serve the new client, she left my hair on hands of another lady to dry it out. I had to wait for her until she finished up with the new client she was serving (he arrived later, he left earlier) and then she came back to finish my hair.. but a phone call made her put off my hair again, in conclusion a waste of money and a waste of time. Be advised if you have a curly hair, don't book with Holly because she does not like it and she could get busy serving other customers. In conclusion I feel that there was other priorities and my time wasen't valued it.

Great service, very caring to try to create the look you’re after and so willing to do extra foils and spend extra time getting it right when the colour didn’t come out right (no fault of theirs, just my hair). They now have my notes on record about what works for my hair. Thank you Jess!

When I first moved to Cairns I bounced around a few hair salons and was never quite happy with the cuts I was getting for my thick wavy hair. Then I found Antonella and never looked back! She really knows her stuff and my hair has never looked better.
