Rude and unprofessional staff, only greeting with Caucasian people, unreasonably require my debit card password throughout even the system never ask any PIN number input. And she said we don’t know is that your credit card or not. You can’t purchase anything next time without PIN number even I used a debit card with my name.

It's more a warehouse than a supermarket. You'll find trolleys everywhere loaded with stock yet to be put on the shelves or you'll find staff busy loading the shelves or completing online orders completely oblivious to shoppers.Coles must either add another branch in Belconnen or be more efficient with scheduling the stocking of shelves during off-peak hours.By far, shopping at this Coles has been my most inconvenient supermarket experience.

No longer a pleasure to shop there because of lack of staff on checkout counters. I hate self checkout. Last visit I was forced to use the cigarette and returns counter where one woman was doing her best to cope with a queue at the front as well as half a dozen trolley pushing customers. Customer service? That's a joke.

Pleasant shopping experience at Coles apart from sold out of my favorite Fountain Spicy Red sauce. Asked a young staff member if Coles had any in the backroom, he replied will check. On return, none was found, being on special, the helpful young staff member recommended I ask for a rain check at the front desk which I complied, in doing so Nathoniel filled out a rain check Voucher until new supplies arrive. In closing I had no idea rainchecks was available. What a great idea and service!Walter

The Customer service manager LIZ" is very rude and unprofessional. I bought a Vodafone sim for $2 and after 2 minutes I realise I picked the wrong SIM. I went to replace the SIM immediately. Rather than saying SIM cannot be refunded nicely once its has been checked out. She STARED at me
