My friend and I Ordered the same dish,Two dim Sims 2 mini spring rolls and a small fried rice my friend pay $17 and I had to pay $19 Because I asked for my fried rice to have no peas or prawns so if you take something out which would be saving them money you have to pay a surcharge of $2 How freaking ridiculous I will not be eating there again Out of principle.

We got takeaway for a stay at the Mercure. Food and service was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Parking not the best but can be found.

Terrible Food the fried rice is frozen obviously Not cooked fresh. The 3 other meals are NOT Fresh Absolutely disgusting. Rang the owner to let them know however they did not Care. Disgusting Food.

This business is excellent and their food is great! I ordered through Menulog but they couldn't find a driver- the lady who owns the shop delivered it herself, even after the shop had closed! Fantastic customer service.

Went in and asked for air con to be put on...Got told same.same as outside "... wait person opened door slightly... still Perspiring... my.partner again asked for air con on more for air movement..........Wait person said to me " you have jumper on

While food was cheap and service was friendly while getting take out, we found the special fried rice gluggy and tasteless, the Mongolian Lamb tasted like rubber and the honey chicken bland, soft and soggy.We were really looking forward to good chinese food and were optimistic from the reviews but Ru's Chinese fell extremely flat for us.
