Mike and Dippy completed our decking replacement very efficiently after Dan had sorted out the preliminaries with us. Their original quote was significantly less than our other quote and when it was apparent that original support timbers needed replacement the revised quote was realistic and the job was still completed on time. Everyone was easy to chat to and they left the job without any mess to clean up. I would have no reservation in recommending them.

Dan and the team were great to work with for our decking project, surrounding a freestanding cedar hot tub on a sloping site. Excellent communication from the team and found the guys onsite friendly and highly skilled at their trade. The finished product exceeded my expectations structurally and visually. I’ve built deck decks myself in the past, but now appreciate what the professionals can do. No hesitation recommending the Spruce team.

It was a pleasure to work with Dan and the team. From initial design and council approval to construction and handover the team were professional and kept me informed. The workmanship and detailing were top quality. Check out the detail on the spotted gum handrails.Dan did a brilliant job in the design and getting council approval. Mike and Zo built the deck and were polite, kept the site clean and knew exactly what they were doing. The result is not just practical but beautiful.I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend this professional company and commend the staff for excellent service.

This is the second time I have used Spruce to install steps, decking, a viewing platform plus decorative spotted gum around our shade house. These guys are great! Very professional, creative, always on time and simply quality, skilled craftsmen. They always left the site clean and tidy and were excellent communicators. Dan and his team are fantastic - timely and professional. Cleaned up after themselves too after job completion. What's most important is they say they will do what they are going to do unlike many builders i've come across in the industry where many are shifty.
