I have always had 100% service here. Latest service was a new camerascreen that was broken. Telstra told me my phone would have to be sent away for approx 3 weeks just to get a quote first.Kiksup had it repaored the same day.They really are the only place to go to for phone repairs in Gladstone

I would definitely get my phone repaired here. However I had a very poor experience having a laptop repaired. Took a long time for bounce back communications with the team. I didn't know i was getting a refurbished laptop, however they claim they told me i don't recall, paid 900 for it and a new one is 1100. Nobody called to say it was ready. Poor service. Left out a hard drive that was meant to be installed. Wouldn't go near them again for computer!

Had a great experience, had my battery replaced on my iPhone however overnight I noticed my screen was going a bit funny, possibly a nicked a wire but I am no tech savvy! My screen wasn't in the best condition anyway, but they were happy to replace it as it was a new issue when I brought it back in the next day.10/10 would recommend these guys.

Due to my apparent skill with dropping expensive personal communications devices, (let it be known that I also catch it successfully, many, many times) I have had Kixup fix my mobile twice. Both times they were super informative, helpful, and timely. They are friendly, skilled, honest, and affordable.Keep up the fantastic work Kixup team, I have been telling anyone that remotely looks like they could drop their phone how great you guys are ;)

This was the first time using Kixup, and I was very surprised at the quality of service that I received. My daughters phone required a new screen and I dropped it off around 10am Tuesday and it was fixed and ready to picked up by 12 noon. The price was surprisingly less than I expected. Well done Kixup you will have any future repairs that maybe required. I high recommend your service.
