My 5 year old hates getting his hair cut. Took him to just cuts and Joseph did a magnificent job. My son sat on his own and listened to him. No crying or wriggling. Very good with kids and did a great hair cut as well.

I have been getting my hair cut at Just Cuts for many years now. Always happy with my cut. I occasionally have to wait about 20 minutes but they let me know with a text message when to return to the store.

I got my hair cut and blow dried. My hair feels healthier. However, I wasn't told the price until time to pay and it was far more expensive than expected but I paid anyway.The main problem is now when I straighten the hair out the cut is all uneven. Now I'm too self conscious to have my hair out and need to get it fixed. :(

I have had short hair all of my 66years and have never had such a bad haircut.I went to Castle Hill to have what I thought was a bad cut restyled after 8 weeks growth.I did think a company that specialises in just cuts would know their craft!SO SO WRONG!!!!

I went here last month hoping for a decent haircut coz i have been to other justcuts and they know what they are doing. Fast foward to Sept, I still cannot understand the mess that Chan (skinny asian guy) made out of my hair. I told him to thin a little bit but looks like he wasnt able to get it and couldnt get a simple instruction! He even commented how bad my last hair cut from justcuts ctown (as if he could do better..!) I have to say the owner was kind enough to console and offered out products/service to pacify but im not interested with any of this, damage has been done. And no - not coming back. Not recommending this place!!!

This justcut branch is the worst I’ve ever been in. This is the second time that I’ve been told to wait for 45 minutes in the queue. But after wasting my time and receiving no text message, I’m told one of the crew is out for her lunch and the other lady is going to cut a walk in customer. With no respect to my booking

I got a style cut and rejuvenation treatment. She barely touched the back of my head (near my neck) and kept leaning on the basin so my neck was pushed up. I asked for maximum a c/m or 2 off for length and got at least 2 inches taken off - not to mention the bluntest fringe imaginable after I specifically said no to a blunt fringe. There was minimal transition hairs from the end of my fringe to the “face framing pieces” an inch under my chin so I had to go home and fix it. How a 19 yr old with no experience can create a more natural looking transition from fringe to hair than a professional I have no idea. Basically if you want to go heat make sure your able to speak your mind or else you’ll most likely only be semi satisfied with the results.

After a terrible experience at a different barbers which left my two year old son terrified of the hairdressers, we went here and I was blown away by the kindness, understanding and patience of all the staff. My son was treated so incredibly well and instead of being petrified, he sat watching peppa pig happily on the chair whilst having his hair professionally cut and styled.Huge thank you to all the staff, especially Bianca and Catarina (I think I remembered them correctly!?)Cannot recommend enough!

Took my kid for a simple haircut. They made the hair completely wet and cut my kids hair. And when we asked to dry off, they charged me $8 which lasted for half a minute and that too it’s 1/2 way through and finished. This is a complete rip off. They think others money as granted. Waste of money. Never will go again.
