Extremely Professional, moved in July 2020. Dealt with Shelby initially who was awesome, very polite, helpful & punctual. Always great to deal with the staff especially Jennifer who answered any queries promptly and nothing was ever a hassle . Would recommend Eview Real Estate Agents to anyone looking to lease a property, everything can be done online a service many other Agent's did not offer. Just list out some reasons that I discontinued to use their service:1. The property manager lodged the bond with wrong address. As a result, I have to go through multiple calls and all the process with RTBA to fix it.2. I found the property manager has been organising all the repairs and maintenance with ridiculous price, around 35-40% higher than market price. e.g. replacement for a hot water unit, repair ceiling, install downlight and fan, etc.3. When conducting vacant inspection report, they didn't check keys and remote controls, so I have to pay for replacing those things when new tenants moved in.One star is too much for them, it is actually zero star.

Jenni is a Senior Property Manager who is very professional and a great communicator.She's extremely efficient and gets things done promptly. She explains things vety clearly and listens to your needs/hopes and acts on it.Highly recommended Jenni as a property manager.
