Newcastle Party Bus Hire

Was not worth the money paid at all! The bus was late which stopped us from being able to go to venues that were booked for certain times. I was not given the bus I was told I was getting, there was no dance floor or pole it was nothing more than just an average bus painted pink. The driver was very unprofessional and acted as if he had never even driven a party bus before as he didn’t even know how to work the lights properly and couldn’t even tell me how to connect to the speaker. When this company was contacted about the poor service they refused to help at all and brushed it off like all of these issues were not their fault. Was not the experience I had hoped for and was a complete waste of money. Would not recommend this company at all and will not be returning.

We had a fantastic experience with Newcastle Party Bus! Our driver was super attentive and knowledgable and the sound system was awesome on the way to and from the event! Everybody had a great time. We will book again, thank you Newcastle Party Bus.

Can't recommend this company enough! Hired one of the pole buses for my mates bucks night and the girls in the office were great, they even sorted out a stripper for us. Will definitely be booking again

Really disappointed with my experience. Very poor communication from the company and they changed the times of the party bus constantly and the driver was also 30 minutes late which messed up the schedule. The bus that I requested from photos we did not receive. It was dirty, there was one small light, the speaker kept cutting out and overall poor service from the company and very hard to contact. I feel as though I wasted money and it was very unorganised. Will never go back and do not recommended this place to anyone.

Unreal bus and driver, everyone had a great day! Will for sure be getting it again! Amy sorted the itinerary out, so all we had to do was rock up and have a ball. She’s an absolute legend! xx

Bus driver was an 30mins late in his pjs and was rude and had claimed “he’s just doing a favour” he didn’t know how to work the bus and we didn’t have lights on for the first half , I did not get the bus I asked for. Then When I contacted the company to expressing my concerns they said they met my requirements for the bus, my requirements were a dance floor with poles, esky, and a pink bus all I got was a esky and pink bus they keep claiming that there was a dance floor at the back of the bus but you couldn’t even stand up straight at the back DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COPANY

Absolutely dissatisfied would be an understatement. Booked a bus in 2020 which was cancelled due to covid and no refunds were offered so we re booked for April 2021. We received a phone call today to say their long distance bus is broken and they have to cancel our booking 1 week out.As if having to re-schedule your hens and wedding wasn’t bad enough imagine having the main part of your hens cancelled last minute with no other suggestions or options given.We will have one very disappointed hen leading up to next weekend.

We booked this party bus and due to unforeseen circumstances, had to cancel 3 weeks out from the event when we called “ray” was very rude and hung the phone up on us and told us we werent getting the deposit back ($300) but then went on to ignore our calls and block our numbers. This bus company is a scam and do not recommend as his behaviour has been no where near professional and i find it very disrespectful being hung up on and blocked
