This place is so good especially for training beagles. After an intensive month of training Poppy is now so much better behaved and easier to handle. Now I also use the kennel services when I need to go away. She loves all the trainers and carers there so has a great time staying and playing with the other doggos. It's clean and reasonably priced and you don't feel guilty when you leave her behind for a stay. She usually runs over to the carer who has come to collect her and also the lovely lady at the desk. I know she gets plenty of cuddles and love while she's there and she also gets a bath the day she is ready to come home! When I pick her up they always have a little report card about how she was during the stay. A really lovely extra touch. Thank you Hanrob. You are all marvels.

The team at Hanrob Melb are fantastic. They always go above and beyond to ensure Rico has a great stay. Recently, Rico was unwell during his stay and their aged care service made me feel reassured that he was in good hands. The team is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Rico loves it at Hanrob.

Our Samoyed Ted has stayed at Hanrob twice now - once for a long weekend and another time for 3 weeks. He seems to love it there and comes home happy and clean each time. The staff are attentive and clearly seem to know about his needs and personality.

As a paw parent, I wish I don't have to write this review. I'm a returning customer in the past 4 years and have been frequently sending Blackie, now 4.5 YO Labrador to Hanrob Pet Hotels Melbourne whenever my hubby and I need help with our fur baby. We're generally happy with Hanrob considering their location, price and service.We're away last week from 25 to 30 April and as usual, we sent Blackie to Hanrob for boarding. We chose the Classic Pet Package, which he was sharing an indoor accommodation with another dog. This is always our go-to option because Blackie is so active, social and love to play. A sharing arrangement is perfect for Blackie. So... He came home last night, was looking traumatised. We calmed him down with food and decided to have a good look at him. What we then found out was SHOCKING - he lost obvious amount of coat around his neck and has scars on his inner back leg. We believe he was attacked by another dog!! That’s what K9 do - when they attack, they will aim the neck! Blackie is also very submissive and loves to expose his belly when playing with other dogs. Of course, that’s where Blackie was attacked which left him with deep painful scars that he would growl when I tried to apply cream. As a paw parent, I know that my fur baby is the happiest only when he is with us. With boarding service, all I'm hoping for is my dog to be safe and well fed while we're away. In this instance, I question whether Hanrob has done their due diligence and provided reasonable service to (1) pair Blackie with another dog of similar age, size and breed, as well as (2) supervise playtime!!! Giving me a holiday report card stating Blackie loved it there, playful and active just doesn't align with the scars we saw on him!!!I tried to look for a number that I could call so that I can work through my concern with Hanrob. Nope - I found nothing. Obviously this is just a profit number and Hanrob simply cannot care less about feedback and concerns. Please think twice before sending your pet(s) to a big scale dog boarding facility like Hanrob. They simply cannot look after your beloved pet properly - not like they care. Hanrob put a pet-loving staff at the front counter to bring in more business and no one knows what they do behind the sliding doors.

Honest review here. My German shepherd dog was at hanrob for board and stay program for 21 days. He literally learn nth new and I really feel like I just sent him there for boarding and not train and I wasted my $2000. I highly would not recommend you guys to train your dog at hanrob. Trainers in there are just words no actions. The trainer was really friendly and from what I know his dog knowledge is basically same as mine. And for 21 days your dog should be really well trained. And instead my dog just grew bigger without any proper training. I am guessing they only train the dog like once a week and other trainers would have train like several times a day. From my experience, all the staff are very friendly but that’s not whatI am looking for, my aim is I want my dog really well trained I don’t care if the staffs are friendly or not if they can do the job done I am okay with it.Would not recommend hanrob.

We are always happy to leave our precious young lady in the care of Hanrob at Melbourne airport. She stays in a suite and I am confident that she is as well cared for as if she were at home. The staff are obliging, caring and are happy to give her the care and attention she needs. We are happy to recommend Hanrob for their services and care and that we have a trusted place for our beloved pup to go when we we must leave her in care.

Couldn't fault a thing. Our beloved Noodle the Schnoodle was booked in for a week. Never been away from us before (14 months). Beautifully presented from the carpark onwards and exceptional customer service. Noodle appears to have had a whale of a time. Very happy to see us, sparkly eyes, alert, freshly bathed and pampered. I would HIGHLY recommend this lovely facility for any pooch.

We have used Hanrob for many years for 2 cats. Hanrob is very convenient to the airport.We have had stays stays of up to 9 weeks. Cats came back clean and very healthy. But they did love getting home.

Hanrob transported my cat Faith from my parents house to my apartment an hour away earlier this month. I was very happy with their service! Jesse was so professional and personable and even carried Faith in the carrier from his van inside my place. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hanrob again for pet transport.

I took both my dogs here and I’m really happy. The staff are very friendly and caring. It’s a very clean place, also got a report card for my dogs to see how they went. Would recommend taking any dogs or cats here
