After my package was damaged on the way, Karst exceeded expectation! One of the co-founders, Jon, reach out to me personally and gifted a notebook replacement together with a box of woodless pencils. The products are great (especially the silky-smooth paper that gives so much of haptic pleasure while writing or drawing) but people there seem to be even better ;)

Karst's products are unmatched in quality. Their stone paper pocket journals were a huge hit at tradeshows - everyone loved them and people came to our booth because other attendees were talking about them. They helped break the ice so and start conversations with customers who are a great fit for us.I also can't say enough about their customer service. I worked with Joanne and she was phenomenal! She was always proactive in her communication so I knew exactly what was going on with our order. When a supply issue arose with one order, she reached out immediately armed with options for me so we could find a solution that worked on both ends.I will definitely be using Karst going forward. With them, I have peace of mind that I will be taken care of.

Being a long time notebooks fan, I started with Moleskines, and have become a Leuchtturm 1917 exclusive for a few years... until I bought my first Karst A5. The paper is so smooth, and the fact that’s waterproof (although it’s erasable) makes it a no-turn-back situation. It’s the only constantly open notebook on my desk, and when I have to go back to old ones to add some notes, I wish they were as smooth as the Karst is. Really impressed.

I'm a big fan of Karst Stone Paper! I have been using their products for a about a year now and it hits every condition that's important to me; well crafted , good for the environment and excellent customer service. I have tried most of the products they offer and for the first time I came across a challenge. I recently received a package from the delivery company that was empty. I immediately contacted the postal service, but to no avail. I then reached out to Karst customer service to explain my dilemma and without hesitation, Sophie made me feel like she personally appreciated my business. Because of her single, swift action- I am going to be ordering notebooks for all my clients for 2021. Thank you so much, Sophie and thanks, Karst Stone Paper for such a wonderful product and service to the community and environment! oh...and I love the way my 2021 planner looks in my office!

I love the weight, handle, mark, and texture of the HB pencils. They’re smooth and, I think, help me make drawings that are what I want! They’re great pencils! They are delicate though - a pencil rolled off my kitchen table onto a wood floor and broke into 4 pieces which are an unusable size now. So, though they are a beautiful mark making product and I highly recommend them, be careful with them!

Thanks for the hand sanitizer - I’m actually surprised at how good it is and that it doesn’t leave a horrible film on your hands.I’ve given your 4 stars cause you could work a little on your delivery time frames but the quality of the product is great.Thanks

The smoothest paper I've ever written on! These are sturdy, lightweight notebooks that make meetings even more fun - whether you're note-taking or doodling. Not only are they great quality, but they're also free of trees, 100% recyclable, and waterproof. :)

Once you experience writing on Karst's stone paper, I mean, the sensory sensation of it, the quality of the notebooks / planners I have used from the brand; you really can't settle for less. You don't get the same pleasure as you do when you write on this recycled stone paper. The A5 notebooks are my favourite, as well as having the A4 notepads to take notes in a meeting (and flex a little). Can't recommend enough.

I ordered boxes of custom hard cover A5 notebooks with my business branding. In the design process the mockup of my logo was efficiently drawn up by Karst's designer. The product itself exceeded my expectations with a premium quality and feel to it. OBSESSED. I'm a graphic designer, avid writer (+ journal-er), and huge proponent of sustainability. I journal every morning and use blank journals to do concept sketches for my client projects. I bought one of each interior (lined, dotted, and blank) and I love them all. The texture is so smooth and allows the pen to glide so freely. The waterproof factor feels like witchcraft. And between the weight and sleek design, I have all the aesthetic components my designer heart desires. Plus, it's a journal Mama Earth can get behind. I don't think I'll ever use another journal Xx
