These guys look after you here 100%Other companies should send staff members here for lessons in good old fashioned manners and customer service training.We have been using this machine repair shop for the last few years now and wouldn't trust any other company to touch our equipment.Mark Harry and the team are very friendly, honest, reliable reasonably priced on new products and repairs.They sometimes can't answer the phone but you can leave a voice message.And I'm sure if you can't get through to them via a phone call its because they are servings in store customers and have a hard working repair team fixing machines in the background.I cannot speak highly enough of Mark, Harry and the team.Merry Christmas and happy new year 2022

Had trouble with the head of a trimmer and they searched and found parts to modify and get mine working. Still going good month later. Needed a blower and they did me a good deal on a Still. (similar price to Bunnings green Roybi) very happy with service.
