Newly remodelled upgraded roads looking better

I don't even want to give them one star, wish there was a minus star system. Last year they mowed the end of the road out the front of my place. Said they were responsible for it now. recently asked them to do it again and they asked what mowing they could do for me. It's not for me, it's the end of the road. Seems I was misinformed. After 2010/11 floods they built a channel to direct all the water from the properties over the road above us onto our land. But when it rained heavily this year I have been flooded 4 times. My house is on stilts luckily but it can't be good to have water running underneath. Asked them if they could continue it to the rail trail and down to the creek. Nope they won't ever do that. So I have started to do it myself. I don't want to be flooded anymore
